Fall 2025 Enrichment Classes 

  • Please register on the PTO website beginning September 8th at 9:00pm.

  • Please be aware that some courses have historically filled within minutes of registration opening.

  • You must be a paid PTO member to register your child for an enrichment class.

  • If a course is filled that your child is interested in, please email the PTO to be added to the waitlist.

  • All classes are $50 plus an additional fee for supplies for some classes which are paid during registration.

  • Classes will start the week of 9/22 and end the week of 10/27.

  • CLASSES RUN FROM 3:00-4:00pm.

  • Classes need a minimum of 6 people.​

Cook with a Book with Mrs. Phillips (Tuesdays)
 

Grades: K, 1st & 2nd
Tuesdays - September 23, 30; October 7, 14, 21, 28
Cost: $70

 

Students will enjoy a hands-on cooking experience that is themed based on a story.  Students will gain self-confidence as they successfully follow a recipe to create delicious snacks and desserts to eat. Each student will bring home a recipe book at the end of class with all the stories we read and recipes created. Unfortunately, this course is not for students with food allergies.

Ahoy Matey! with Mrs. Phillips
(Wednesdays)

Grades: Kindergarten & 1st
Wednesdays - September 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
Cost: $70


Get ready for a pirate adventure! Join us for some swashbuckling fun as we explore all things pirate. We will listen to a story, enjoy a pirate snack and make a pirate craft. We will culminate our fun in our last class by going on a treasure hunt. Hurry, sign up now, our ship is sailing soon!!

Little Lego Masters with Ms. Petrucelli
(Wednesdays)

Grades: K, 1st, 2nd
Wednesday - September 24;  October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

Welcome to the BES Littles LEGO Club! Students will have three times as much fun when there are three ways to build! Each student will receive a creative toy set that will let them put the model together in three different ways! Each Lego set comes equipped with Lego pieces that will allow students to build 3 different objects/figures. Students will work through our 6 weeks together to build the 3 objects/figures in their Lego set and we will document our creations along the way! Students will experience a whole new adventure with a wide range of different options to suit all creative styles and stories. The possibilities are endless! Students will take home one set/completed LEGO creation at the end of our time together.

Healthy Heroes with Mrs. Eberling
(Wednesdays)

Grades: 4th, 5th, 6th
Wednesday - September 24;  October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
Cost: $58


Healthy Heroes is a fun and engaging course that helps kids build healthy habits through fitness, nutrition, and teamwork. Each week, students will learn simple ways to stay active, eat well, and take care of their bodies.  We will play games, do challenges, and have discussions to make wellness exciting and easy to practice at home.  We will be sampling healthy food choices at the end of each class.

Welcome to the BES LEGO Club! Each week students will take on a secret build challenge with a partner or small group and compete against other teams. If you win, you and your partner will be crowned LEGO Master of the week! Do you have what it takes to be the next LEGO Master Champion?
