1) Register on the site.

2) Fill out the PTO Membership Form at the Registration Sign-up.  Please fill out all information including your address, phone number(s), your child/children's names and grades (i.e. Katie (5), Jack (3), Ryan (1). 

 

3) Please select the committee(s) that you are interested in joining.

4) Please check off the teachers your child or children have. For the upper grades, please only select their homeroom teacher.

 

5) Click the Submit button to submit the Form.
 

6) Click on Membership plan you want HERE or click the button below.
