Fairy Tale STEM | Wed | Grades 1 & 2

Description

Can you build a strong house that the Big Bad Wolf can't blow down? Can you build a bridge for the gingerbread man to cross the river? We will begin each class with a Read Aloud of a favorite Fairy Tale. Then, students will work together to help each character solve a problem by completing a STEM challenge! Students will collaborate with classmates, use problem solving and critical thinking skills, and build their imagination, all while having fun with their friends! The Fairy Tales. we will read aloud include: The Three Little Pigs, The Gingerbread Man, Hansel and Gretel, Jack and the Beanstalk, Billy Goats Gruff, and Rapunzel.
