3:00-4:00pm Tuesdays- April 8, 15, 29; May 6, 13, 20 Join the Fitness Club, where every step you take counts! Whether you're new to running or an experienced athlete, this club is all about fostering healthy habits, building confidence, and pushing yourself to be your best. We’ll start each session by stretching to get you energized, followed by running, walking, or other fun forms of movement. We’ll finish with a healthy snack and celebrate our progress! Students will track their personal growth, challenge themselves to achieve new milestones and try new healthy foods! Let’s move together, stay healthy, and build confidence while having a great time! Please bring sneakers and water bottle.
