Welcome Spring with exercise and mindfulness! Enjoy a mindful yoga workout in the first half of class, followed by a healthy, no bake, snack creation to keep us conscious of healthy eating. This class will focus on the balance of diet and exercise in a positive and fun way! Students will take away the practice of yoga and mindfulness, along with healthy after school snack ideas. * Don't forget your yoga mat or towel
